About the Partial Flag quiz

A close-up of one detail

Instead of the whole flag you see a zoomed-in crop: an emblem, a star, the edge where two bands meet. Search for the country, submit, and the view pulls back to the full flag. Ten flags make a round, one point each.

Three kinds of detail

Easy crops land on famous emblems such as Canada’s maple leaf, Mexico’s eagle on a cactus and India’s Ashoka Chakra. Medium shows features you would recognise on the full flag but rarely study up close. Hard picks the details almost nobody looks at: the black triangle of the Bahamas, Barbados’s trident head, the golden arrowhead on Guyana’s flag. The game has 66 crops across the three levels.

If whole flags are still a struggle, start with the classic Flag Quiz; if you know them well, Flag Rush tests how many you can name against the clock.
